Our Telecare service helps people increase the range of activities they can do without the need for a live-in carer by providing detection equipment that links to our monitoring centre.

We can install a range of equipment including fall detectors, bogus caller alarms, epilepsy monitors, carbon monoxide sensors and flood detectors.

All that is required is a telephone line and electrical power point within close proximity of each other. If a sensor is activated, a message is sent to the monitoring centre where trained operators take the most appropriate action. This could be sending around one of our care workers to provide support, arranging a maintenance professional or contacting the emergency services.We provide the assessment, equipment and installation at cost price. On top of this there is a monthly monitoring cost.
