Domiciliary Care

We have been providing domiciliary care in Gloucestershire since being registered by the Care Quality Commission in 2009. Our expert and enthusiastic carers now visit clients' homes to provide high-quality residential care for young people with autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, physical disabilities or challenging behaviour.

We understand that, for many service users, the thought of somebody entering their home can be a daunting experience. With Step-A-Side, you can rest assured that all our carers have a proven track record and the skills necessary to meet their client's individual needs.

Our domiciliary services are entirely flexible. We tailor support to meet precise, individual needs. For some, its age-appropriate peers who'll help clients make the most of their local community, access essential services and live fuller lives. For others, it's assistance with living independently – personal care or domestic tasks. If family members need a break (whether it's a few hours, overnight or longer), we can provide all the care clients need either in their own homes or at one of our residential premises.
